Easy Cashew Pesto (Vegan, Gluten free, Low carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked, 3-4 hours)
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • One bunch of fresh Basil
  • 1/2-1 lemonayyy, freshly squeezed
  • Big big pinch of salt.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend on high until smooth. (scraping down the sides of the food processor if needed).
