Healthy Cookie Recipe / Healthy, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut butter (cashew or peanut)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170℃ and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Add all other ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
- Scoop out roughly ½ tbsp of cookie dough, roll between your hands and shape into 16 balls. Line up on the baking tray. Without flattening, use your thumb to made a small indent to fill with jam.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and enjoy!
