Jam drops (Gluten free, vegan)

Jam drops (Gluten free, Vegan, Dairy free, low carb)


  • ½ cup Almond butter
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Honey/rice malt syrup
  • 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp of water)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (if using chia egg)
  • Big dollop of your favourite jam in each



  1. Preheat the oven to 170℃ and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. To make the chia egg; add 1 tbsp of chia seeds with 3 tbsp of water to a small bowl or mug. Set aside.
  3. Add all other ingredients to a large bowl and combine.  
  4. Scoop out roughly ½ tbsp of cookie dough, roll between your hands and shape into 16 balls. Line up on the baking tray. Without flattening, use your thumb to made a small indent to fill with jam.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and enjoy!
